Craighouse has defined nine values as the foundation of its educational approach.

The Formative Area contributes to the development of values in various ways: through monitoring the implementation of the Formative Curriculum, coordinating the Formative Council, and integrating this topic into Educational Councils.
It also engages with parents through workshops, meetings, and gatherings that foster collaborative work on this subject, in alignment with the different stages of students' school life.
