CraigMUN & Debate
Model United Nations (MUN) offers students a unique opportunity to step into the roles of diplomats and ambassadors from around the world. Through engaging simulations of United Nations meetings, our students debate global issues, collaborate to find solutions, and develop a deep understanding of international relations.
MUN is not just about learning the intricacies of diplomacy; it’s also about building essential skills like public speaking, negotiation, and critical thinking. Students who join MUN often find themselves more confident, informed, and ready to take on leadership roles both in and out of the classroom.

The Debate Club provides a dynamic space for students to explore and argue different sides of a wide range of topics. Whether it’s current events, ethical dilemmas, or philosophical questions, our Debate Club challenges students to think critically, articulate their ideas clearly, and listen to opposing viewpoints with respect. It’s a fantastic way to enhance speaking and reasoning skills, all while engaging in lively and thought-provoking discussions.

Both MUN and Debate Club offer our students the opportunity to open their minds and experience different cultures and perspectives. There are international conferences, like LAMUN, but they also move around Chile for different events like DragonMUN (St George School), NidoMUN (Nido de Águilas School) and our own conference CraigMUN.
